This includes giving you a list of our preferred and trusted vendors, checking contracts and setting up budget and keeping track of all your expenses. This means you can save your time to enjoy ‘the fun stuff’ like finding the perfect dress and cake tasting.

What will this process look like?
We set up an initial consultation to discuss the design and vision of your wedding day.
We send you a Wedding look book which includes invitations, bridal bouquet and every detail in between. We research and recommend the most suitable venues and service providers to meet your style and budget.
We send you an outline of the planning for the upcoming months until your wedding day. We will take care of the wedding administration including management of all contracts, payment schedules and budget tracking. We will coordinate all vendor appointments and emails.
On your wedding day we will be the main point of contact for the vendors and your guests. We will coordinate during the day including set up and make sure everything runs smoothly.
